Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all activities related to supply chain planning and execution.
- Evaluate and select suppliers, negotiate terms and conditions, and maintain positive relationships.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid stockouts.
- Collaborate with internal departments to forecast demand and plan production schedules.
- Implement and maintain supply chain performance metrics to measure and improve operational efficiency.
- Research and recommend new strategies and technologies to optimize the supply chain network.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and develop contingency plans to ensure uninterrupted supply.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or a related field.
- Proven experience working in supply chain management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and relevant laws and regulations in supply chain management.
