Key Responsibilities:

• Foster strong relationships with vendors by managing ready dates, arranging pickups, and procuring essential documentation.
• Maintain vigilance over shipments by tracking costs, timelines, and generating necessary import paperwork.
• Collaborate closely with the compliance team to ensure no item is overlooked and assist with resolving discrepancies.
• Partner with warehouse teams to aid in inbound shipment processes and tackle inventory challenges.
• Engage proactively with suppliers to address and resolve any concerns or issues.
• Spearhead initiatives to consistently analyze and refine procedures for optimal performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in logistics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is a distinct advantage.
• Multilingual talents, especially in Spanish, French, or Italian, are highly desirable.
• Outstanding communication capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Familiarity with NetSuite is beneficial.
• Demonstrable aptitude for time management and organization.
• Robust problem-solving abilities.
